Resize your designs for Etsy and any POD platform

Exact custom sizes, AI-upscaled to fill, 300 DPI — whatever platform you sell on.

Free · no watermark · your designs stay on your device

Every platform wants a different file: Etsy printables at poster ratios, Printful at the print-area size, Redbubble as big as you can make it, KDP at exact page dimensions. Making all those variants by hand is the boring half of selling.

MerchForge exports to any exact pixel size up to 10,000px. Type the dimensions a platform asks for and your artwork is AI-upscaled to fill them sharply, stamped 300 DPI, and compressed to a sensible file size — with transparency kept for apparel designs.

It's free, works in batches, and runs entirely in your browser, so a whole shop's worth of listings can be prepared without uploading a single file anywhere.

How it works

  1. Step 1
    Drop your artwork

One design or the whole collection — PNG, JPG or WebP.

  2. Step 2
    Set your exact size

Use the Merch preset (4500×5400) or open Setup and type any custom dimensions up to 10,000px. Upscale fills the canvas sharply.

  3. Step 3
    Download platform-ready files

Exact pixels, 300 DPI metadata, compressed PNGs — ready for Etsy, Printful, Printify, Redbubble or KDP.

What you get

Common questions

What sizes do Etsy printables need?

Common printable sizes include 2400×3000px (8×10" at 300 DPI), 3600×5400px (12×18") and A-series ratios. Type any of them into MerchForge's custom size and the export matches exactly.

Does it work for Printful and Printify?

Yes — set the print-area dimensions your product asks for (for example 4500×5100 or 3600×4800) and the artwork is upscaled to fill it at 300 DPI.

Can I prepare one design for several platforms?

Yes — process the batch once per size. Your settings are remembered between runs, so switching sizes takes seconds.

Is there a file size or watermark catch?

No catch — exports are compressed, watermark-free PNGs, and the tool is free. Your designs are processed on your own device.
